| Terms: An application for an open account may be submitted. All first orders will need to be prepaid or credit card. Open Accounts are Net 30 days. Any account not paid within terms will have an interest charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) added. Any overdue accounts will be placed on Credit Card. Order Requirements: We require payment via Credit Card, or prepayment unless terms are approved. Credit Cards: We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Special Order: Special orders can be quoted by telephone, fax, or by mail. New Accounts: Credit Cards, unless otherwise requested. Delivery: Delivery will be UPS unless otherwise requested. For smaller orders we may ship US Mail (USPS). Shipping charges will be added to your order AFTER we have filled and weighed your order. Therefore, shipping charges will NOT be shown on the Website Order, but WILL be charged BEFORE it ships. Whips are shipped in PVC pipe to keep them from being damaged in route to customer. Sometimes this cost is more than the actual whip. Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Harness Information: On all hame style harnesses, the collars are priced separately. Monograms are also priced separately. Hardware options are solid brass or stainless steel. All driving harnesses are available in: Miniature, small pony, medium pony, large pony, cob, horse, oversize, draft, and large draft. The Lite Harness is not available in oversize or draft sizes. Return Policy: (PLEASE NOTE: Slight change made as of 11/22/06.) All Smucker's made harnesses are "Guaranteed to Fit Properly". Any alterations or replacements of parts needed will be at NO CHARGE if returned within 30 days of receipt of your harness. All returns must be accompanied with your invoice or copy and a note requesting exchange or credit. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns. We are responsible for shipping charges back to the customer up to $20.00. The difference in shipping charges over $20.00 will need to be paid by the customer. The $20.00 maximum paid applies per purchase order. Collars are difficult to measure & are prone to be ordered incorrectly, therefore we can not be responsible for any shipping charges on collars. Any goods not returned within 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Back Orders: If we are out of stock on any item, they will be back ordered, unless we are instructed to cancel.
